On the brink of the most consequential election in modern history, the Henderson County Democratic Party Voter Protection Team strives to preserve a critical building block of democracy: the right to vote.
HCDP “VotePro” (Voter Protection Team) safeguards the votes of all eligible citizens, including the most vulnerable members of our community. Whether monitoring threats to voters, sounding the alarm on voter suppression, or troubleshooting at the polls on election day, we are dedicated to upholding the integrity of local elections.
With the guidance of seasoned community leaders, our team has logged many years of combined experience in election service. Volunteers have reported that joining the Voter Protection Team is the most meaningful service work they’ve ever done.

When is the Election?
Early Voting
Thursday, October 17–Saturday, November 2
During the week the polling location is open from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm, and on Saturdays until early afternoon. All early voting will take place at Henderson County Board of Elections, 75 E. Central Street.
General Election
November 5, 6:30 am to 7:30 pm
