Judge Baker was appointed by Governor Roy Cooper to finish the term of District Court Judge Emily Cowan. With a passion for civil rights and fair treatment, Judge Baker is campaigning for a full four-year term in Judicial District 42, which includes Henderson, Polk, and Transylvania counties.
