Who's Who at the Polling Place ?

A Short Distance from the Polling Place, you may see Democratic Party Poll Greeters who are there to welcome voters and offer candidate guidance. Other parties and candidates may have poll greeters as well. Please let us know if you’d like to help with this.

Inside the Polling Place, you may see Democratic Party Poll Observers. Their presence has been approved by the Board of Elections, and they are there to look out for any breaches in procedures, disruptive behavior, etc. They do not interact with voters. If you would like to learn more, please get in touch.

The voting process itself is handled by Poll Workers, including Election Judges. These are Board of Election staff and are not associated with political parties.
